The New Faculty Orientation is an annual program conducted by the Provost Office for incoming faculty members beginning their journey at LUMS. This orientation provides the new faculty with the important information imperative to ensure a smooth transition into their career at LUMS. It primarily aims to introduce the key academic support offices that liaise and work with faculty on a regular basis. This event also intends to make the new faculty feel welcomed by the LUMS community, supported by their colleagues and also helps them to develop an understanding of the LUMS infrastructure.

The New faculty orientation 2022 comprised sessions conducted by Human Resource, Information Systems and Technology, Registrar’s Office, Office of Academic Advising and Office of Accessibility and Inclusion. The resources and information shared during the orientation are uploaded here for year-round access to facilitate the new faculty.
