A delegation from Robert Gordon University visited LUMS on Wednesday, February 4, 2026, for discussions on academic collaboration, networking, and engagement with the University’s leadership. The delegation included Professor Steve Olivier, Principal and Vice Chancellor; Professor Lynn Kilbride, Deputy Vice Chancellor Academic; and Mr. Hassan Latif Khan, Country Manager Pakistan, Robert Gordon University. The delegation was welcomed by Provost, Dr. Tariq Jadoon, the Career Services Office (CSO) team led by Ms. Mariam Alvi, Manager CSO, and Dr. Tahira Haider, Head of Department, Counselling and Psychological Services.

The dialogue provided an opportunity to exchange views on areas of mutual academic interest and touched upon campus placement opportunities and related initiatives, with input from the Career Services Office. Student mental health services were also discussed, highlighting the University’s commitment to student well-being and holistic support.

The visit concluded with a campus tour and a networking lunch attended by Director of Advancement, Mr. Mohammad Ali Ibrahim, and Dr. Tom Sewel, Assistant Professor at LUMS, providing an opportunity to continue discussions and exchange further insights on academic programmes offered at LUMS.
