Potential avenues of partnership in areas such as water conservation, sewage management, and smart architecture, were discussed at a discussion held between LUMS and DHA officials at the National Incubation Centre Lahore, LUMS, on June 14. Administrator DHA Lahore, Brigadier Waheed Gul Satti and his team, were joined by LUMS Vice Chancellor, Dr. Arshad Ahmad, Interim Provost, Dr. Tariq Jadoon, Director, Office of Advancement, Ms. Nuzhat Kamran, as well as senior faculty members.

These are national issues that DHA, as well as the provincial and federal governments, will be interested in solving.” Nobody can solve these alone and the need is to come together to find solutions to them, he added.

Brigadier Satti gave a presentation on the different development projects underway that are people-centric and designed to uplift the quality of life in the city. He reiterated the call for urgent collaboration with LUMS to address the different issues facing the country.
